For anyone playing the Nintendo Switch version, you’re here for 11:57 . You have to avoid the clouds of corruption or else your stamina will immediately deplete completely. For some reason these clouds are invisible on the Nintendo Switch, making it impossible to know where to fly. Even with using this video as a guide, it took me a few tries before I made it across. The Switch version has played perfect for me until this exact part of the game.

Funny thing is I’m on the switch and I got it first try. I will admit I was lucky. No why I’m here is because I can’t fucking figure out what to do in the central chamber after lighting all the fires. Edit: so I must be blind because I feel really stupid after seeing the solution to my trouble. Man I really love this game but some of these vaults have really unnecessarily difficult solutions.

This is my 4th God vault - at this point I am so tired of doing puzzles that I immediately looked for a walkthrough. I spent too much time doing vaults before progressing the story - now all that is left are bigger vaults with longer puzzles.

Yep I completely clear the 1st 2 regions, by the time I got to The Forgelands I cut way back on what I'm clearing now just got burned out on the vaults/puzzles and like you said for basic chests puzzles too come on, ease up on the puzzles.

My brother walked in on me looking at this and said "I can't believe the so called Zelda master is using a guide"! I simply stated that I could do it on my own; but after 60 hours of doing puzzles I'm just ready for this to be over! Awesome game, but I recommend that you play something in between this, like a button masher (like Shredders revenge) just to break up the monotony!

You missed the chest at 11:59. There's a chest just off that ledge you're on before you jump off and fly over around the clouds to get to the next area.

I’m playing the Switch version. 20 hours into the game and never had any issues. Got to the corruption part you’re talking about and I have no way of knowing where to fly. The PS5 seems to have some obvious “evil clouds” to avoid. The Switch has nothing, no way of hinting that something is there to affect your stamina.

That's a little exaggeration, they're not hard at all, just annoying and repetitive, it felt like the whole game focused too much on these vaults, would've been much better if all these puzzles were in the outside world. Overall I haven't had any trouble with any puzzle except this one which is the last vault I needed to complete and another one I can't remember. It's funny people complain about the puzzles being too hard but the game gives you enough freedom to approach the puzzles in a creative way, I even used my horse as weight and a rock lying around to complete a puzzle I couldn't figure out at that moment lol

​@@Mike_l_itoris I agree. Puzzles are kinda easy. Very few actually gave me some pause. Two puzzles made me look it up the one being in the Vault of the Corrupted champion Atalanta. Not because it was hard but because i didn't realize to this moment that the rings that you shoot at trigger from a flame arrow, not just by a switch only. Without knowing that i had to search tooth and nail for that switch and it made me angry. It never was there. I couldn't have known that the fire arrows are the trigger since every puzzle to this moment had a switch, a brazier and rings. The other puzzle that made me rage in frustration is Atalanta's Escape vault and it was only because i made it hard for myself A LOT more than what the puzzle required of me. You just had to go through the red mist without stamina and climb but i had the instinct that the red mist is bad and should be avoided at all cost. So i tried to do this by flying only and gulping stamina potions. Had failed so much because of hitting my head on edges that stick out making me fall into the abyss. Amazing game. Ubisoft should make more of these kinds. It is light themed and entertaining.

I used Phosphor's Clone to cheese wooden boxes from being moved by the wind which made that part super easy. And I didn't quite understand why the buttons in the tower have to be pressed in that order but got through it regards. Overall it's an okay vault. 6/10.

thank you so much for this, I must be incredibly unlucky or half blind or *something*, but I could not for the life of me figure out where the heck to go next at the part at **10:25**. I just could *not* see the tiny distant arch across the huge gap and the stupid weathervane thing right next to the platform made me think you had to hit it and either go back around the outside or *something* else in order to get higher. Looking at other comments I must have gotten extremely lucky when it came to the stupid corruption zones at the top of that area since I managed to get through it first try, thought I swung around to the right to aoid the corruption

I just kept dying in those corrupted tunnels until I noticed I had to hit that bloody arrow sign wind changer again after dying to change the wind direction again, maybes that's a bug. The devs take the pish with some of these vaults.

11:58 There's a treasure chest if you drop below that wind arrow. Also, I came here cause the Switch version of corrupted clouds don't look like that so I didn't know the path way. Otherwise I enjoyed this temple. Seemed like a lot of people had trouble with it though. Idk.. Other than the corrupted clouds that I couldn't see everything else with the wind just clicked with me.

I've only done 3 god vaults, and so far this one's easily my favorite. The music, the despair of Hephaestus himself. It felt different compared to the other 2 vaults I have done. It just sucks how the only fleshed out god seems to be Aphrodite. I would have loved to get more emotionally invested in Hephaestus.

The physics of the game is very sensitive, one of the boxes pressing the wall on top of the switch was a bit off, I just couldn't see if since it is against the wall. I had to google the solution to find out my solution was correct but it just didn't work. I quickly pressed the door switch a couple times to fine tune the box position to make it work. the game is not bugged, but it is just the box physics is subtle in this case.

Thank god for this guide. I loved the game until this vault. Then I began to hate it, unfortunately. I did most of the game without a guide, and this entire vault without a guide until I got to the switches in the tall vertical air tower with the timer lever at the bottom. I can't tell you how many times I tried to do it without a guide. An hour or so, hitting whatever switches I saw, going up and down. I thought you had to hit them all and it turns out you had to do it in the exact way as shown here. What a load of crap. Thanks for the guide!

Bug: I lit the two forges but there was no air currents from the ventilation. So I downloaded a trainer which had a super jump hack lmao
