Thanks for the detailed tear down. At least I know from this clip that Sony tried to prevent dried spot on APU die from the liquid metal gravitational displacement by using grill texture surface. I feel more relief that I can put my PS5Pro vertically in long term.

I have used both PS4 PRO and PS5. PS5 has some quality control issues, which caused my console to not read discs without warning. I compared different products and found that the game quality from PS4 to PS5 has not improved significantly. I did not buy PS5 PRO. Unless the price of PS5 PRO drops completely, it is not worth upgrading because it only improves the game background slightly. $700 is still too expensive.

I will say this to anyone the PS5 pro is a complete rip off for its price and yes based PS5, Xbox series X and the switch also is a rip-off even at its release date, basically what I mean by this is the base PS5 and Xbox series when it was first released should have been £350 and whatever price it is in other countries if you look at the specs at a technical level you realize oh they should be at that price when they first released, right now the base PS5 and Xbox series x should be at a lower price by now of £250 or £300. But for the Nintendo switch when it's first released I believe that should be £200 because if you look at its hardware specs such as it's using a Nvidia Tegra X1 that's only been clocked up to 1.02 GHz, 4 GB LPDDR4 1,331/1,600 MHz, the storage is comparable to a microSD card, Undocked: 307 MHz, 236 GFLOPS and Docked: 768 MHz, 393 GFLOPS, basically the Nintendo switch has half the RAM the Tegra X1 is being underclocked and yes this is a type of chip there is used for mobile phone, the GPU is also underclocked as well with less GFLOPS and they went with a very cheap battery to power the system. All I have to say to people is this these consoles are not worth getting they're overpriced underpowered, the membership locks these consoles from online play discounts and Cloud service, you're locked into the ecosystem, the first party titles are not enough to draw in people these days, you're locked into the peripherals they have for their system, buying a game on their online store is quite overpriced especially Nintendo's and you're actually paying for more for these consoles. I say you have more options these days to play games the years ago such as you have gaming pieces that can be low end to high end, you have laptops and handheld just to play your favourite game without the cons of a console, basically consoles used to be the cheaper option just to play your games but now consoles are becoming to expensive and if you don't believe me look at the ninth gen consoles and you'll see why, I do believe consoles are going to be even more expensive in the nearby future.

Can someone please help me out here. I purchased a circular mesh dust filter to go on top of the fan but I've noticed there are two fan openings, one on the top of the PS5 Pro, and one on the bottom of the PS5 Pro near the expandable SSD slot. Which side does the air get pulled in? The top fan opening? Or the bottom fan opening? I don't want to put the mesh screen over the area where the air blows out because then essentially it will trap the dust inside correct? Or do both sides of the fan opening sucking air and then it is blown out the back? I'm so confused.

Everyone has physical ps4 disks the majority, and that's why ps5 released with a disk drive, Sony were testing the waters without a disk drive and nobody bought the ps5 pro lmao. Let that be a lesson to all digital users who think digital is the future, think again, Sony is sued for taking digital content away, there is a data limit for digital media, it cannot be the future because of the limits, and backwards compatibility, we all know the ps6 is going to have a disk drive.
