One thing I will say that is really nice about the pro’s updated wifi chip is able to connect to my 6E wifi and its almost just as good as wired.

I haven’t been able to connect to 6E on my pro. My laptop and pc are connected to 6E, but my pro will only connect to 2.4GHz or 5GHz. The option for 6GHz is available but it won’t connect to it so I always end up back on 5GHz.

I love mine. Glad I got it. Awhile back i was thinking about getting the slim because I wanted improved wifi. My ps5 is in my office about 75 feet from router. I have the ps portal, sometimes it plays great and sometimes it lags. I usually have to leave the door open just to get a better signal strength. I got the pro recently. Huge difference. Don't have to leave the door open. I also do play in my office with a 4k monitor and I love it. I also love that pro is slimmer than the base. Makes me more satisfied because I can travel with it.

Wifi 7 is not fully supported just yet but Wifi 6E is and even if your not paying for high-speed internet 6E comes with some great features like low latency, I Myself upgraded my router with spectrum and 6E was the best they had if you update your router you will need to go to your network settings on your Playstation and manually select 6g band if you PAY for it this band can support high speed internet up to 9.6 GBPS! So dont worry about Wifi 7 just pay and take full advantage of WiFi 6E and you definitely won't see the speeds he showed.

I get way better wifi speeds where my ps5 sits all the time. Usually 300 to 400 Mbps.

I had the choice of the PS5 Slim or the Pro this week. I picked the PS5 Slim and a 30th-anniversary Portal! Sorry, the PS5 Pro isn't for me! I don't want to be in that club that pushes the PS6 past a grand! The PS5 Slim is currently £380 for the 1TB disc drive version with 8K, 4K, and 120Hz support, but I got a 2TB SSD at half price, so I think that's a win for me.

I have a Sony tv that supports 1080p and 4k at 120hz but not 1440p, it’s weird I don’t know why Sony makes tvs like this. It’s not a big deal just weird. I did pick up the pro at launch, but I will be keeping my phat ps5.

Bought a ps5 pro, played so many games i didnt notice any difference… sold my ps5 for 300 spent 400 for nothing… and now i have to buy a disc drive! More 100 dolars!

You need a high end TV for the difference to matter. I couldn't appreciate much difference on my old LG 65" B6 OLED to a new LG G4 and the difference the pro makes is amazing
