When you put the board back in the TV, did you still have the wire soldered on those 2 spots ? And keep it like that ?

Nice tutorial, I have the same TV, but there is another problem with the power supply. I've got all the low Voltages but I can't get the Va and Vs Voltages. When I plug it in, the logic board is blinking two times, then it turns off. And after one sec it starts again and do the same thing. The power unit clicks two times, before it turns off, but it doesn't sound to me like a relays click. Do you have any idea what I could check next ?

Remove the cable from the top X cards. . Run TV. LED and sound normal. X card is corrupted

I am having the same issue. I heard a loud pop before the TV turned off. I have disconnected the cable on the top left of the board and tested the VS voltage. With the cable disconnected, the vs voltage slowly drops down to 0v from close to correct voltage. Same with Va. plug that cable in and the relays cycle in/off with 0v on Va and Vs

You should invest in an auto ranging multimeter

Mervyn Roulston I have a Fluke auto ranging meter. I don't use it often, I prefer manual selection of the ranges
