Psalm 14 ~ Good News in the Garden ✝️🛐 *401

Psalms 14 ~ Only fools say there is no God! The Lord is looking for someone, anyone, who is wise and seeks God. But they have all turned away and ae corrupt and evil! But terror will grip them, as God is only with those who obey Him. He is on to the wicked who cause oppression, and He will protect them. "Who will come from Mount Zion to rescue Israel! When the Lord restores His people, Jacob will shout with joy, and Israel will rejoice." Words that ring intriguing given today's situation with Israel. Trust in the Lord!
As always, I welcome your thoughts and comments ~ we're all learning here. I do not claim to be a theologian or Bible scholar in any way. In fact, the Good News got started because I wanted a deeper understanding of the Bible and prayed about that. Thus, God led me to do these daily devotions, where I have to dig deeper. And I love others' thoughts and opinions, support, and suggestions. We are all in God's classroom, wanting nothing else in life except to please and Honor Him. Amen? Amen!

He has recently gone viral with a short clip of a sermon, but this one, with the theme, "How far behind are you following," is a perfect message for each person to hear, especially a Christian! I encourage you to listen and, perhaps listen again. I am keeping this one on speed-dial!
Would you like to share His Gospel with others? Then I will eagerly support and encourage you! Start by praying and see where you go! Revelations 3:7b, What God opens, no man can shut, and what God closes, no man can open! When we are standing before such a mighty God as this, and His Holy Spirit will be with us, guiding and directing us, we will not fail! Harvesting for God can simply be reading His Holy Word and/or offering personal experiences or wisdom you have learned and earned through your life. Or it could be as creative and imaginative as God sends you ~ maybe even a garage band creating "Garage Gospel"! Remember, benefits are out of this world, in paradise! God bless you, my friend!

Tht is faith in nature. God blessed this beautiful rose. It reminds me of hibiscus. They color is so beautiful. My FIL had a version of these in his back yard. They were not this beautiful. NC had the perfect climate for gorgeous flowers. Israel is praying to God for their very survival. What concerns me is if the US under the current occupant, decides to back the bad guys. If we pull our support for Israel, the US is done. We should see the Holy Spirit hovering within us. There is a joy joy joy joy down in my heart! We used to sing this in Sunday school. Yes, this little Rose of Sharon has put on such a show! There was another one I planted at the same time, trying to fill in this opened muddy gravel pit after the trees were taken down under the power lines. The other one was at least twice as tall, and is still in a better place, etc. But has it bloomed this year? No! I will doublecheck, but I don't recall seeing any blooms so far! The third one I planted died and it was next to this one, so in its place, I guess, this one took on its blooms. Maybe? I have heard if the Israel Peace Treaty is broken, then God's tribulation will begin. So ... we don't know, but what things are lining up for that to happen? I don't know, but there are things we, you and me, have absolutely no control over except for our hearts loving and looking to Jesus! Yes, sing *with* all that *Joy, Joy, Joy* *about* all that *Joy, Joy, Joy* He has put into our hearts! Yes! We love you, Lord! We are feeling Your Holy Spirit within us, hovering like a helicopter Dad, keeping us in Your Joy and Grace and Mercies, surrounding us with Your Love and Peace! Amen, Sis!

We don't know God's timing, but it will be awesome! I hope we can all meet in heaven! Flying around with our wings, checking on the flowers and pulling a few weeds ~ oh, maybe there won't be any weeds! LOL! And my hubby will have a new foot ~ well, given we may be flying around, maybe that won't matter anyway! But God's got it, and it will be awesome!

Hi, Norm! I have been too busy with weeding today to get to visit around ~ I hope to do so either before supper or this evening ~ too much yard work! My grandmother was offered to tour with someone whom we believe was Ralph Stanley. This was way back, before he was real popular, I think. But she told him she could never sing "worldly" songs, so she passed on the opportunity. She sang, instead, with my aunt Hope over the App Mountains, into VA (they lived in a holler in KY.), for that Saturday morning radio show. The Martin part is that my grandfather bought her a 1937 *Gibson* guitar (probably very expensive at the time, a real sacrifice, to say the least) so she could play and sing on something a bit better.)
