David D'Amico we had a similar situation in Virginia. Back in 2010 Virginia Tech paid JMU (James Madison University) to come play them in their first home game of the season, and JMU won the game. The most lopsided Rutgers home loss, even if not on paper, has to be 2016 against Penn State. Sure, it was "only" 39-0 but an ice storm had turned the field into a skating rink.
