Non mi pare un bel modo di cuocere c'è bisogno di troppe cose che occupano troppo spazio (prima, durante e dopo l'utilizzo), e causa anche un eccesso di lavoro! Mettere tutti gli ingredienti in un solo recipiente grande permette non solo di avere una migliore visione delle quantità che invece in ogni singolo recipiente può cambiare di molto ma è anche più facile fare le dosi dopo la cottura. Oltre a ciò ridurrebbe il consumo di carbone perché sotto un solo recipiente è facile controllare la combustione perché è più concentrata. Non ci sarebbero tutti quei contenitori messi per terra con i pericoli connessi, ci sarebbe più igiene e infine più risparmio.
