Hinuk Mattila I reckon someone has hacked the ps classic to make these demo themes play in the menu. I reckon if Sony didn’t rush out into the stored for Christmas a few years ago these demo themes could of likely been used for the ps classic and could of had more games and features. I’d buy one just to hack it if I’m honest

@@LUMINIZEDOG There was a section within the demo disc with a t-rex model which enabled you to play around with it (rotate, zoom in and out etc.) If I remember correctly there was also a giant Manta Ray. It was so cool at the time.

the pure energy of hearing this track back in '97 for myself really tied the fact home that the next step in videogames and technology was about to begin. I really enjoyed the VCD and the t. rex demo from this disc. i still have it somewhere and give it a spin from time to time.

not easy to try and ripp/exctract this song hehe i tried my self, all i found was the video with the song, same with demo one V4 with manta and t-rex only manta song was there, and Underwater demo cd with medievil&TR3 i didnt find the song, i tried different tools to try ripping the music&sounds hehe :) did you record or? and think you can get the sound effect when pressing X when enter the menu and sitching in the menu? :D

Not sure, but the track is from the Psytrance genre which since then has massively evolved from this. I'd check out artists such as 1200 Micrograms, BLiSS, Astrix and Skazi to start with if you're intrested.

I hated The PlayStation Classic mini it had no Spirit of True Original PlayStation. I wish PlayStation Classic mini gets a Second Chance in future by rebuilding mini and emulation software from full ground up and bring high quality list of awesome library games like Crash,Spyro, Parasite Eve,Xenogears,Vandal Hearts, Castlevania Symphony of the Night,Porsche Challenge,Rage Racer and Soul Blade not boring list of titles like Crapstation mini and Hire Composer of PlayStation 1 Demo CDs to compose for the Menu dashboard.
