I don't think the romantic type of love is special. And I am started to think that the romantic type of love isn't real. I mean about more than half of romantic couples either break up with each other or divorce each other. I think humans should just ditch concepts like dating, marriage, and pair bonding. I feel like this world would be a much better place without romance than it is with it. In my opinion, romantic love should not be on the highest pedestal. In my opinion, parents and siblings' family love is the strongest. Family knows who you are. Romance is fake for lots of people, put on a false persona and romance on most parts gets ugly real fast. For the reality of romance is no Disney love story. Parents and siblings' family love is one of the strongest types of love there is. If romantic love is actually real, it would be one of the weakest types of love there is.

Well, 9 out of 10 apply. The sexual attraction portion doesn't often apply to me. I've minor interest in it, however, to hold them, kiss them and snuggle them to death are extremely felt intentions. Been like that for nearly 3 years. She's been my rock ever since we met, never been one to judge me or criticize me, but is always there to help me. She was there during my struggle with alcohol addiction, substance abuse being legal or not, encouraged me as well as drove me to seek help and paid full attention to me when I was indeed administered into a psych ward for a week. I would just like to point out that while this video will not apply to every situation (trends exist for a reason but there are always outliers) it is fairly accurate. As an asexual who has poured my affection into my friends as opposed to a significant other, a lot of these apply to my closest platonic relationships. On the opposite side of the spectrum, a good number of these did not apply to my relationship to my current ex. So all in all, definitely a quality video Psych2Go team!

That’s so scary me and my boyfriend literally have all these signs and yeah we’ve had our fair share of arguments and almost breakups (never ended in a breakup🤦🏾‍♀️😂) but we’re never afraid to fight for each other and speak on how much we adore one another which turns into a successful conversation on how we’re going to take the steps to solve our problems that we have within the relationship. I honestly believe i found the one. Once you get to experience and express true and pure real love, you understand every bad / fake / lack of desire and friendship relationship you had was just a harsh lesson you had to go through to be stronger, mature and appreciate the good love the most. I finally could see rainbows after years of only dark clouds above my head and it means everything. Tell your true love every single day how lucky both of you are! Remind them it's not something you can just replace and easily find another. It's magic, it's a miracle, no matter how hard love can be as well! My bad life experiences with love led me to him exactly when i truly believed no one will ever love me like that. When you find it, never let it go! Love is everything.

So many of these I can check off for me and my boyfriend. The only few that aren’t are simply because we haven’t had the opportunity to make said compromises or interactions. (We’ve been together for 3 and a half months). Our determination and dreams for the future of our relationship is so strong, and we just adore spending time with each other (and vice versa will miss each other pretty quickly too). My girlfriend and I are taking a step back and giving each other space. She is stressed with school and work at the same time as she can barely talk in our convo since she can sleep easily after coming home. She is in japan studying and working so she is having a hard time, "She wants to work on herself so she can be better for me".
