KZbin is a weird place, I came here to watch a game review and ended up watching bouldering for over two hours.

Bouldering is just very entertaining to watch, even for people who have never done it or heard of it :)

I hope you know you do highlights the way all channels should with the commentators popping in and always showing if people top it. major respect wish all highlights were like this.

9:43 wtf, it's pretty damn distracting and disrespectful to flash the advertisements over the competitors.

I was thinking the same thing, like damn
@jamesj11824 жыл бұрын
Im sure they get used to it, its a performance competition and not unlike performing on stage with the spotlight and whatnot. . Also they are both equally distracted so its still fair lol

@@jamesj1182 Flashing shit on a wall where you need to see what you are going to hold/step on is in the same ballpark as blowing fans during an archery contest.

What's the deal with male vs female runs? Is male harder or just different?
@gggfx41447 жыл бұрын
Just different I think; I don't know if there is an official direction but over a few of these events there have been some runs which require incredible mobility/flexibility and a small body profile, where one or two have clearly been designed for raw power/very tall body types. I suspect both genders could do the others. Another motive might be so there isn't a log jam getting people through events.. and to limit the time the athletes have to study the climb (e.g. if you have both genders using the same wall the time on it doubles)
@codyheiner36364 жыл бұрын
Male boulders are definitely more powerful. Men are just stronger, no it's not sexism, it's biology.
@ViceroyoftheDiptera3 жыл бұрын
@@codyheiner3636 True, but climbing is not really about objective strength, it's about strength with respect to your own body/weight, and flexibility, and in some cases height. In other words, it's probably not because "male boulders are more powerful".
@androgynousmaggot93896 ай бұрын
@@ViceroyoftheDipteralike, there are women who could compete with men, but not all and would not be so dominant like in their league.
