Michelle, I love you and all, but what part of Blue Velvet (the blue lipstick) is hydrating? It's a matte lipstick and I own it, it is not hydrating at all. It has insane color payoff and it looks gorgeous, but is not hydrating. In fact, I've found it to be quite drying.
