I noticed many people are reacting to George Michael on you tube. It's like he is coming back and people are starting to recognize him. Maybe it is just me. But there are so many people on twitter even reacting to him. Many people are saying I never knew George Michael was so gifted. Man they have no idea do they? There are many great artists, but they were always looking for the great song, the great producer, the back up singers, etc. etc. etc. Not George Michael, he did it his way and all on his own. Writer, producer, singer, I'm 71 and I'll never see another George Michael in my lifetime.

Beautiful comment Karen. The problem is, is that there aren't many great artists now that match the ones of yester-year. He was amazing and his ending was so heartbreaking 💔. People think when you have money, fame etc. you're lucky -this should show them it's not the case. He was an amazing person. People are beginning to discover him which is a good thing. Plus I've met some "wonderful" people through him. Have a blessed Friday Karen, and thank you for stopping by and supporting my channel. Much appreciated. There's more George on my channel so feel free to wade through. Blessings always. Psyche 🙋🏽‍♀️🌹🙏🏽

Yes, after Anselmo died. At the end, it's Anselmo telling George he had been loved. smh wow It doesn't get any more emotional than that.

Here 2 years later. You are so right. George is so personal to me. The absolute love he bestowed to his Love. The depth of that love is within him and he shared it with us: he will live on forever and always. I watch as my grand kids react to him is truly amazing.

One of George’s best lyrics in my humble opinion was from this song. “You brushed my eyes with angel’s wings, full of love, the kind that makes devil’s cry…….” How poetic & powerful is that? He was and always will be a true genius and legend!! Keep up the great work Psyche. Will you check out George’s song “Understand” please?

This concert was the last time his mother seen him perform, he even says hi to her for the first time. Sadly, she passed about 3 months later. ( I believe, at least very soon after). As for his band & backup singers, there are some that started with him in WHAM & went all the way through, Some starting from his solo career through the end. Some the last 15 years. Needless to say, his bandmates & backups stayed with him once they worked w/ him, and knew him. He was that special of a person, you'd hold on to, as long as you could. That really says a lot! AN ANGEL TO ALL WHO LOVED HIM! LOL My dear friend See my Email

A beautiful comment Bonnie - thank you so much for sharing, and yes, he lost his mother soon after this concert. I believe he knew it was coming, because this concert was so heartfelt on so many different levels. As you say about his back up singers, yes, once they started with him, they stayed with him - but also, not just because he was lovely, but they were good too in that he knew he could trust them, and that's one thing he 'craved' for, finding people he could trust. Not ONE and I mean not ONE has ever come forward and said anything about him - so they were matches made in heaven. I know he was good to each and every one of them and them to him. The media is a fickle world, and to find someone you can trust is like looking for a needle in a haystack, so to everyone reading this - when you find someone whom you can be completely yourself with and whom you can trust to the moon and back, treat them like Gold, because those sorts of people come 'but once or may twice, if you're lucky' in a lifetime. Love Psyche ❤️x

Yes, im a big Bros fan 80's british due Matt and Luke Goss, anyway Luke was married to Shirley Lewis, who was George Michael banking singer, when Bros did reunion comcert O2London they sang Freedom 90 and Sirley came on stage to be backing singer, and GM guitarist played. Had pleasure of seeing GM play, he is still in my top 3 best ever concerts he opened the new Wembley Stadium 9th June 2008. YHBL is still one of ny fav GM, Jesus to a child my no 1, Different Corner 3.

This one tears out your heart. He wrote this from what he thought Anselmo’s mother must have felt on the death of her son. Those words are heart breaking. It’s utterly beautiful. Funny you should say that it feels like he is singing to you, because a critic once said that George had a way of making the listener feel like he was singing straight to them even though the listener was among thousands in a stadium. He was magic.

Hi Rose, Boy isn't that the truth! Have you ever heard the song, HOW DO YOU KEEP THE MUSIC PLAYING, w/ George & Tony Bennett? I guess they recorded this in the first take. George's voice in this, & of course, Tony Bennett's as well, they just meld together. It's really a treat. Take care Rose, till the next George Michael reactions!

I don't think people are aware of the fact that both external beauty and the voice of your voice are always associated with the beauty of your interior. The voice brings out the emotional states of our interior, and the interior is built up laboriously through all our youth, it is shaped by your environment and those who love you, it is a very complicated creation. The jurnal beauty is only superficial and usually short-lived, because it passes quickly, while the paintings of the Renaissance masters show how they studied the extraction of the inner beauty that permeated the outside through the face and which is timeless. That is why in his voice and in his face there is a beauty that captivates us and captivates us through the gift of his creatures and the voice of his voice. share its inner world. There are certainly people in the world with equally beautiful and harmonious interiors, but because they do not have such a gift of creation, we cannot connect with their interior and experience these inner states together, which are also not alien to us. I think that you and I find in GM songs the best and closest form of artistic expression, such as we would like to express, but we lack this gift of creating songs and purely technical vocal conditions. But listening to it, we feel that it is our second skin, like nothing else we heard.

@@bk4062 , I have heard that song Bonnie. It’s on Tony Bennett duets album. It’s really beautiful. I’m seeing more and more people are discovering George’s music. Lots of reactions to his songs. The only sad part of that is that they always seem to react to Careless Whisper and Faith. George was just so much more than those two songs. What followed after Faith I think is his best work. Like you, I am a super fan and love all of his music.

I can stop trying to find words to describe how this song makes me feel. You have articulated it beautifully and your observations about the orchestra are spot on. It wasn't just another day at the office for them. They were at his mercy, in a trance like state, knowing full well; that night would never be bettered. I listen through my laptop, even so, I too get transported to another dimension when hearing him sing. I had the honour of seeing him live once and of course he smashed it that night. I'm not religious, but if anyone had to convince me that there is a god, they would have led me into a room where this beautiful soul sang like an angel. George, you have been loved.

There are some George Michael songs that are up there with the best of them. This is one of them. You feel he is singing about his life and his feelings. You listen to this and it gives you goosebumps and then it breaks your heart to realise that he is around no more. How on earth can you ever thank this person now? There are times i just cant listen to his songs anymore because of the pain.I cant just accept that he at least left us his music. He died alone in his bedroom,on Christmas Day.You cant get more tragic than that.I am sure a day will come when i can listen to his music again and play it in my car while on a nice trip somewhere, but not at the moment.Thank you so much Psyche for this reaction.Just looking at your face showed me that you also can see the his genius and pain.I feel i went through this hard listen, with you next to me.Anyone who can feel like you do,is a very special human being.Long my you keep reacting to music for us and unearthing special diamonds of music. This GM song was definitely one very big diamond. You know how to touch us.Thank you again.Stay safe.
