I came here to say that this workout/exercise really works ! I did this for one night and I’ve already seen results.. I know it can be small but I notice it ! So for people scrolling down to see if it works.. I’m telling you that it DOES work ! • • For fast results, just do this for every meal time ( breakfast, lunch, and dinner ) and you can hopefully get your perfect body :) • • TIPS For people that are doing the very first exercise with the side to side movements.. Some people are saying that they don’t feel anything in their hips ( sides ) and more in their thighs than the actual side workout.. Well depending on how flexible you are.. this workout will be different for all. For people who are not as flexible for the straddle position, ( aka me 😂 ) instead of doing the left right movements with your legs in front, just do a straddle and think of it like your elbows are going the direction of your legs.. For example, you need your upper body to follow with your elbow movements. You need your elbow to reach your knee and same for both sides. That technique helped me to actually feel it more instead of just moving my elbows/upper body just side to side without my elbows touching my knees. • • So hopefully that help you guys out for this exercise/workout. If you have anymore questions then comment away and by the way, I am not a professional for a stretcher or anything of some sort so yeah 😂

I know this is late but from coming from someone who has been doing weight loss for about 2 years now, all u have to do is cut out the bad foods I know it’s not easy trust me but if u feel like sweets and or junk food have them in smaller portions, include more fruits but I wouldn’t recommend banana as it contains too much potassium, and I know ur pain with the love handles It just takes time. So what all u have to do, cut out majority of the bad foods, drink a lot of water, eat plenty of fruits if u want to make it into a smoothie u can, include a daily exercise and have healthy meals

I think you can tone the arms to lose the 'bingo wings' and tighten up so reduce inches but I am with Steve here, to lose the 'love handles'/'muffin tops' you need to lose weight as that is mostly visceral fat, and do it through calorie restriction in the form of diet mostly although vigorous and very regular exercise can help.

when im doing the love handle workout with the middle split.. which i can barely do with or without the split anyhow.. i feel the burn in my front upper thigh... all the way at the top... not at all at the love handle.... which i think is from straining to keep my feet on the floor as im trying to sway back and forth... does it get better or am i just doing it really wrong... if i am... i dont see how or when ill be able to do it right

I’m gonna try this and keep y’all updated for a week! Day 1: not bad at all! Pretty nice workout (though I felt most of it on my thighs but since most of the people on the comments are saying so I guess it’s normal!) Day 2: of course I haven’t seen any changes to my body since it’s only been 2 days but my love handles feel a bit sore ( the workout was pretty simple to be honest that’s what I love most about it )

It's perfectly fine to work your way up to full speed and completing the video. We try to appeal as widely as possible-- has to be fun and easy, but also a challenge. Keep coming back to the video and you'll see you get a little further each time!!

imma do this workout everyday. i’m also doing other workouts so this is not the only workouts i’m doing just to let y’all know! i’ll get back to this once i finish day 1. day 1: did about 11 minutes of the workout. really feeling the burn in my abs, not really the love handles.. but definitely feeling it. day 2: could only do some.. was at a friends house day 3: it burned pretty bad, but i’m rly happy i got it done! can’t wait to start seeing results.

That was such a great work out. I say do not cut your hair. You can always pin it up, but it takes a heck of a lot of time to grow it back. I think it’s beautiful the way it is.

This is perfect workout for me. because few months ago i had knee injury and i couldnt work out because of it . So i searched workouts where is not much preasure on legs. And i found this one and im happy because it really works. Thank you :) Maybe there is more workouts on your channel that has not that much preasure on legs? This workout works! If it doesn't your doing it wrong! I felt the burn, you don't have to be able to do middle splits. If you don't feel the burn after she's done doing it, that just means you have to double the time.

This is good. I love everything they ever did. Kashmir is one of my absolute favorites. Now don't laugh, but I'm a piano and keyboard player since I was a kid and my personal favorite song by them, believe it or not, is "in the evening" from "in through the out door." When doing crunches, thunk as tho there is an apple in between your chin and your neck, don't let the apple fall, but don't crush the apple. That should release the tension in your neck and back

Day 1: tired as hell but I’ll update y’all tomorrow but just remind me to Day 2: skipped the session Day 3: just finished till 12 minutes which is more than the first day. Today I really felt the burn on my muffin tops because during the side to side movement I remembered to keep my back straight which is really important, in the first day I only felt a burn in my neck and a little bit in the abs and my triceps on my thighs. Make sure to keep your back straight but if it starts to feel uncomfortable just lean against something for a few seconds and get back to it. My arms started to really burn so I had to pause for a few seconds but kept going. Ever since I started exercising my heart beat and my anxiety has been feeling much better, I noticed I wasn’t getting anxious during the day (which I do sometimes for no reason) Day 4: Wow still exhausted but I noticed it wasn’t as much of a struggle to keep my back straightened during the side to side exercise aaaand I also noticed I could pull my legs apart further. On the first day I did this my back was curving and my legs weren’t too far apart and I was like “how does this woman do it?!” But I’m seeing in improvement, I’ll take a waist and stomach measurement on day 7. Keep in mind I’m also controlling my diet, no sugar (well sort of cheated on that today but that’s alright 😅) and no oil. Day 5: skipped the session Day 6: skipped the session Day 7: skipped the session Day 8: along with my portion diet I’ve noticed that I’ve lost a kilo but no visible difference in my muffin tops (obviously). Since I skipped a few days I’ve felt not as good, whenever I stand up from the sofa I always feel a little lightheaded so I’m definitely going to try to do this often. Day 9: skipped session (did a little bit of walking/ jogging around the house cuz I ate pizza) Day 10: only did this video for about 5 minutes Day 11: did the whole exercise from beginning to end and faced only a little bit of difficulty but other than that I feel like I’m more flexible, while stretching my thighs during the butterfly, my knees could almost touch the ground which I found very hard the first time I did this. Day 12: skipped session (took waist and stomach measurement and there was a slight decrease in the waist, not much on the stomach) Day 13: not as hard as it was on day 1, I feel much better health wise.

I have had 2 c sections and for the past 17 years I have been dealing with really painful muscle cramps when I do any kind of stomach exercises I have to be extra careful if not the movement will trigger a painful cramp and I have to stop. I can’t come all of the way up into a sit-up because I will get these cramps and so losing weight in my mid section has been a little hard. I have to be extra careful. I did this exercise the other day and I am telling you I felt strong in my core the the next day and this workout did not agitated my muscles. I was so sore yesterday! I feel it working. I tried to do it again yesterday and I was too sore. I couldn’t get past 7 minutes of the video. So I would advise doing this every other day. You will be sore!

I'm a guy and I have a big ol' muffin top. I'm more wide than I am fat (if that makes ANY sense) I'm still fat, but not as a normal person would be. So yeah. Definite routine! I can't tell you how embarrassing it is, and frustrating. I can't even wear my awesome shirts because it fits, but my love handles become more obvious, and it's discouraging for me. I never gotten a massage even though I REALLY want to, I'm afraid the masseuse will probably think, "Dafuq am I massaging?! DOUGH!" I know some allow shirts on, but I want the full massage experience. I have had a foot massage, because my feet aren't THAT bad, but it felt great.....Well yeah.

Yes, she said that was one of the placed you'd feel it. These exercises work more than just love handles, they also work the belly/abs, hip flexor, buttocks, and thighs. It's that whole area.

I was regularly doing exercise of Chloe ting, which was effective, to be honest. I was starting to see abs line in upper abdomen, but the muffin part, it's still here. And, i didn't do exercise for almost a month this month. And, i am starting to do this along with regular Chloe ting's workout. This morning I just did this and i felt like it's working. I will be updating my results daily. My diet is normal, with lemon drink daily, that's all. Day 1: My body is aching and i sort of feel like this works.

I only did the split stretch cos i got lazy and my lower back was painful the next day 😩

Ok now you know I felt the burn I did some warm up and do it nice and good the first time I felt lazy I was not in the mod but I got interested and so I did it I cheer up and lose a lot of weight I was very tired and happy to lose weight after my exercise I did some extra stretches I lose a lot of weight

When you do splits where are you supposed to feel the burn? I feel them in my legs am I doing it right ?

Do we keep are backs straight or is it okay to bend a little if were beginners?

+Sampie 4 your back should be flat so it doesn't cause injury to your spine. If you're like me and have a curve in your back, making it harder to do this, just keep your shoulders back and flex your stomach.If your back comes off the ground just go as far as you can until that happens. When your abs become stronger, it'll be easier to flatten your back. You can also put your hands under your hips.

I really feel it in my pelvic bone near my love handles. Is that supposed to happen?
