One of the hardest workouts I've done, not to say it can't be completed but to say it WILL get you results if you do the routine correctly. Even killer ab challenge 2 (abs of fire) is insane but nothing campared to this.However Casey (cassy ho?) She does a brilliant abs routine too. I'm a food and fitness writer so review tonnes of workouts, honestly. this is brilliant!

I love this video, but I remember when I had no kids, my Tommy was so flat. Unfortunately, I was never educated, about exercise. I'm just wondering if these girls have kids.. And it would be nice if they can have some that have kids to show there before n after pic. ..

Holycrap this workout is AMAZING. I've been going to the gym fairly consistently for 9 years (19-28). I've tried a good amount of ab exercises and have had pretty awesome abs but they were always bulky, so I dont work them out as much. THIS IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST I'VE EVER DONE for my body type. It's absolutely perfect for women because it doesn't create as much muscle bulk as the other regular ab exercises, this elongates and tones. Which is exactly what we need for the dreaded pooch! Just make sure to really engage the abs! It's hard at first but will get easier. Keep with it everyone, you will see results! Thank you very much for this video!!!

If anyone is wondering, every night I watch this video and from experience, each day gets easier. Although I haven't seen a difference in appearance. Day 1-4 I could only make it through the first 7 mins. By day 4-7 I was able to complete the whole video. I'm currently on day 8 and can successfully watch the video twice. Hopefully I'll see results?

I like how you incorporated mainly lower abdominal exercises :) Lower abs exercises workout both upper AND lower abs while upper abs exercises like crunches aren't as good because they only workout the upper abs.

FormerUSA Ice Hockey Olympian, 30 years old with two kids, and still love working out with the hard working gals on youtube. Im right with you guys! YOU DO NOT NEED A GYM TO WORKOUT! It starts at home. Listen up, it's never too late. Start NOW, not tomorrow. It will be addicting and you will not be able to live without these stretches and isolation exercises. it is YOU vs. Gravity. Remember, the scale is not important, its just a numerical reflection of our relationship with gravity. You will know when you feel that really good confident body.Those with injuries should really do some research on how to rehabilitate. Also, right under the belly is a tough part for women to lose. If you have had children there is a 4 week abdominal yoga routine you can do to get those abdominals back in their spots. Example, if you bend over, does your belly stilly hang from the baby stretching us out? if yes, don't proceed with any of these videos until you fix this potentially really big problem. Needless to say, proceed and love your body, melt into each pose, tighten, and use gravity as your weights. This is healthy toning. Unless, you are conditioning for a specific reason, there is no reason to kill your body running (swim instead) if you need some cardio. Mix Yoga routines with pilates, as a 3 to 4x routine, like a dance. YOU WILL SWEAT! :)

I have been doing this workout everyday and my abs have never looked better. I’m like I hope I always have access to this video or I’ll cry. You get stronger and stronger as time goes on. I still can’t do the bring the legs past my head so I do the lift instead. I’m in love 😍

Anyone else find the scissor one so hard?! When i lay on the floor my back curves away from the ground, i can never lay flat so i find some exercises so hard as they strain my back :(

put your legs up higher and not too close to the floor if your back arches :)

Mary :) Hey ;) It means that you do not have enough strength to do this type of work at the moment. You have to build up to it gradually. When you try to work lower abs you have to press your lower back into the ground and engage your core muscles this way. Be patient! Sure you can do this with time :)!

I also have an issue with these types of exercises do to the shape of my spine. Dont feel bad not all exercises are for all body types. Look into alternate abdominal exercises that are not in a lying down position. I suggest hanging or standing leg lifts. I have found lots of success with my fitness using modified exercises.

I always used to go to gym and do my workout classes 5 times a day lol My abs were as hard as stone but since I had a baby I lost everything And now I'm working out at home and I found the best video so far for my abs In a start it was so hard to get back to my routine but now I found it so easy And I'm following on daily basics and I can see the difference as my belly was out after baby But I'm so happy now
