I’ve been doing this flow for about 3 months (4-6 times a week) and the results are amazing! I now have a flat tummy :D I love Sanela’s style and found her Brazilian butt lift workout very exciting as well :) What category of yoga does this stuff fall under?

I read the reviews (still doubtful). However, purchased and once received incorporated it in my daily routine. I was looking for a jump start to continue my slow but steady weight loss program. Approximately, two weeks into taking the supplement I was amazed to see the progress I was making. Example, within the last two weeks, I lost 4 1/2 lbs. FIrst time doing yoga ever! The video was easy to follow along with. I did sweat! I am already pretty flexible so I was able to really do all the stretches and poses. I never realized how off my balancing is though! I definitely plan to do this more often. It was a blast thanks!

When watching yoga videos on KZbin, I'm very picky about the instructor, and that will determine whether I can watch the video or not. If the instructor talks too much, wears nothing but a skimpy underwear and bra, or has a voice that is not cheerful or soothing, I just cannot watch. I find with the PsycheTruth yoga instructors like Erica and Sanela, they are videos I can watch! Sanela is my new favorite instructor to watch; she is cheerful, funny, nice, yet gets right to the point! Please put more videos with Sanela!

Hi Sanela, great flow :) I've noticed that now when I'm approaching 40 I am much more stiff and many poses are hard or even painful to me. Despite regular working out I'm less flexible than 10 years ago. In the morning, when I get up, I am all stiff. Any tips? Love

i try to jog for an hour every morning.. if i wanna do yoga as well, which should i do first? jog then do yoga, or do yoga first? if there's even a difference.

I like to go jog then Yoga,because when we jog the muscles get tight so by following with Yoga will ease the tension and stretch out the muscles.. hope this helps! Namaste :)

+Buket ૐ I exercise regularly and eat healthy but I had put on about 10lbs from hormone changes and stress at a new job. I wanted to lose the 10lbs the healthy way, so I have reduced my calories per day and I take this an hour before each meal to curb my appetite. It works really well - when I forget to take it, I get hungry between meals, but if I remember to take it, I can go all day on fewer calories without feeling hungry or deprived. I also have really sensitive skin but it hasn't caused any breakouts and I haven't experienced any side effects. Love Weight loss green store tea :)
