Hi Robyn, I'm old enough to remember when Stop Making Sense came out and I heard this song and thought it was about the title. Then I recently watched David Byrnes new show called American Utopia and came to understand quite a few of the songs in a different way. Perhaps it's the times we live in and perhaps it's Davids explanation of how he thinks about things that helped me see them in a new light. Anyway this is great rework of the song done beautifully by yourself and the band just in time for Halloween.
