I took an entry level position in my Late 30's. I assumed the Leadership position and got scapegoated so bad. The whole team made the Older guy the bad guy.

Interesting discussion and talking points. I bought their book to further understand their thesis/views. What is interesting is that at the 46:00 mark Brant blames the person's anxiety for making them a scapegoat. This reeks of victim blaming.
