I've never known of empaths to heal. I'm a diagnosed INFJ-T and I don't know how to heal people. I believe in only Jesus being able to heal others. Have you ever considered reading the Bible to see that only God through His Son Jesus has the ability to heal, friend? I have all of the abilities of a super empath, but I can't heal unless the Holy Spirit leads me to do so. By trusting in Jesus He ALONE gives me that power. To say that I myself can heal others is sinful and takes the place of God.

@@devintompkins9626 Hello again, Devin. Good to hear back from you. (: I might be wrong and please tell me if I am, but you must mean we help others heal by showing them love, or am I misunderstand you, bud? I do strongly agree that love heals a multitude of things regardless of a person's individual faith because a healthy outlook on life is in itself healing.

@@JesusIsAboveAllOtherNames showing compassion and love is definantly a way to heal yourself and others. I meant if you study or educate yourself in nutrition then discover what works for you. By understanding yourself you can potentially teach another person your methods and it may not all work and some might. The little bit that did help would be a form of you helping another person heal. Sometines showing love isnt enough other times that is all you need. If you happen to have joint stiffness or myscle aches and discover methods that helped you recover with ease, wouldnt you try to teach that method to others in hopes of it helping heal them? Many forms of injuries and just as many ways to heal them. Physical, spiritual and psychological. Love imo would fall under spiritual and psychological. Teaching ppl how to overcome their depression would be psychological. Nutrition would be physical and psychological. Hope this makes some sense. Again this is simply my perspective on the topic.

My wife is a Heyoka Empath...While watching this video I've sat in the grocery parking lot while she has spent 59 minutes talking to a lady after she merely asked if she liked her car, since we're looking to get one, as she was walking into the store. This happens quite often…strangers feel compelled to share their deepest experiences…and unlikely people too! When building our house she was there every day…and frequently she’d have a construction worker pouring out his heart about something or another. It was I who figured out she was an Empath by accident…I heard someone call another on TV "a sensitive". When I looked it up I was astounded. I said, "Honey! I Figured out why you're so weird!!!" 😂 Since then my darling has honed her gifts...she is very strong in most empathic traits. She's been a gift to so many.

Take well care of your wife. This are people extremely focused in what happens inside their self , truly interested in understanding everything this is when they began their spiritual path ,and look deep inside themselves, they become truly sensitive and live in their own world parallel to this one. There is nothing more important for an spiritually focused empath than Trust. If you show unconditional trust to an empath ,you will win her friendship forever and at the soul level. Another thing of empaths is that can be incredibly sensitive in their emotions to a whole new level at times , and in those times they want/need to be alone alone , so don't tell her , "are you alright" as if something "bad" happens. Best thing you can do for an empath , (aside of fully trusting them) ,is to allow them experience in peace their emotions, to trust in them , that they are perfectly ok to handle it. whether is pain or joy , or love ,to not interrupt or annoy them with questions "are you alright? " ,they want and need to experience fully their feelings is extremely important for understanding themselves. So if you notice your empath wife crying , don't interrupt her , don't assume there is something wrong with her , or that "she needs your help", don't try to change her ,and if she not very interested to talk , let her be that way. Because their emotions and feeling are so important for them , they will do anything to get in touch with their inner side to understand it. Because they look so much inward ,they could look distant at times by others and even cold. Because Empaths also are very curious at understanding the world and all people in general ,they also pay close attention to others behavior and their energy . And just like the video told , they are very creative people and they like to pay special attention to small things and details. Because empaths spend a lot of time , understanding themselves , they become experts in understanding others too , knowing how they are ,so they are very smart and they will tell you exactly what you need to know if they trust in you. Empath are people that when they go spiritual ,they can become masters of their own selves and understand everything not only about them ,but also why others are the way they are , so can become very smart at dealing with other people since their understand you . And this is the irony , people that are empath understand everyone ,but majority of people who are focused in the outside world never understand them.. because they don't understand themselves. Empaths who began their spiritual research ,might need a lot of time to be alone ,to better understand what they really want in life. By the way , your way of describing her , shows me , you likely have a really good relation with her , calling her "weird" AND laughing about it at same time ,is good sign that you allow her to be in anyway she wants..and that there is a very good relation between both. 🙂

I believe physical touch between humans has been negatively altered when people have experienced physical abuse or sexual abuse, and they have not experienced the feeling of touch when there is no ulterior motives, and there is purity of intent in the person who is attempting to heal. So sometimes the person may be unreceptive to because they need to bring this from their subconscious so that they may be able to accept healing and honestly I think that healing touch can go much further the modern medicine would lead us to believe. I also think that reiki healing should be covered by insurance companies, and I hope it will be in the future

It is a blessing and a curse. After a vast amount of time and space and experiences with one step now passing the semi-centennial, I now know what such a gift it is where I did not know before. It takes silence, clarity, patience, knowledge, wisdom, and indifference to successfully practice “the self”. Especially when you are constantly balanced with self, under the influence of others, or under attack by others. It is a journey and I have many tales to tell, as I’m am sure many of you out there do to, but make no mistake…YOU must take care of you first before YOU can help another. Know You! Know your boundaries! Protect yourself! The Narcissist and The Empath is a battle of the soul; armor up! Stay alert! Stay alive! Stay strong! Peace ✌️

Just had to say - because it's a word I always stumble over - that it's not indifference that we need but disinterestedness. Indifference can be kind of cold and a bit cynical, but disinterestedness means being open and aware and engaged with the other person but with no thought of getting any personal gain from them. It's an old word (I came across it in a Jane Austen novel) but the meaning is still very specific. Thanks for your comment ....

Of all things that could have come from this supposed revelation, you feel gratitude for this validation you have of your thoughts, but nothing more. Plus anyone can do all this, it's nothing special, just change the perspective and the labels change. If it isn't spirit, it's ego being stroked. People are more aware then people want know or realize, it just takes looking into reality rather then the internet telling you. Oh and people being traumatized, distracts from all this..

The harder you try to turn it off, the "louder" it will be. Trust me on that, I tried doing that when I was in my early 30's and was miserable. I'm 56 years old and was born empath. We all know how you feel. My release is sitting out on our deck at 2:00am-3:00am all by myself. That's when I can "hear" so clearly. We live in the country. Do you have a favorite place, your own back yard, a park, a cemetery even? Sitting out on the deck like I do in total silence is how I recharge from a world that is in so, so much pain. Even sitting down on the ground with your back leaning against a tree might help. The trees remember everything. 😉 When we have just a really nice rainfall with no lighting, I still go outside while it rains and even jump in puddles! I know it sounds ridiculous, but I feel amazing afterwards. Maybe these things might work for you as well. I pray you find some peace in whatever you discover will work for you. ❤️ ~ APRIL LIPKE

I continue to hone my skills as an empath, people have called me the pied piper, a healer, a guru, a sage but just a bereaved dad trying to survive the tragedy of losing his son. His loss really amplified my empathness forever.... I always say we do not should on people;we shine by example. As in the movie Harry met Sally when they see me speaking or leading they say I want what he's having. Strange to voice it that way but I know I have that affect on people and use if for the common good especially for those grieving. Since my son died 35 years ago, its what I do from my heart to serve and lead people to healing. I have been to Parkland, Newtown, Aurora, Sutherland Springs etc. on my own and enlisting others to help lead to heal by providing long term support from a short term ( publics eye) tragedy. We cant fix but we can empower.

I was so naive for so long, actually believing that everyone, for the most part, had empathy for others. I didn’t realize until later in life-my 40’s, that I was different. And that the opposite was true, rather than my former beliefs!! My intuition is intense! I can somehow “feel” what kind of person someone is, within seconds of meeting!! Even more so if we shake hands, or have any physical contact. I actually ignored it for far too long! Doubting myself-questioning my feelings, intuition, etc. when I took a class on spiritual gifts at church, my eyes were opened! Only then did I finally embrace it, and who I was. I’ve tested it, in theory, many times over the past several years, and I am still amazed at the abilities I have, that I doubted and ignored for so long! I don’t talk about it much. Most people laugh, or think I’m crazy, or making things up. But the proof has shown itself far too often to doubt myself anymore!! Exhausting? Sometimes. Gift from God? Yes! Trying to use it responsibly, and often, to help others who are struggling or suffering. I can literally feel their pain! Strange but true!!

I remember when I was having heart troubles and going to the hospital for regular tests and checkups, I had a good friend who would come with me all the time, on one trip as we entered the hospital just inside was an old woman alone, I slowed down and then came to a complete stop looking at her, I was overwhelmed with emotion and felt like I was going to cry for some reason. My friend noticed and asked what was wrong, as I started to walk again she asked what's the matter and she could tell by the look on my face, I told her I think that woman is dying but didn't mention to her how bad I really felt, all I wanted to do is hold her hand and tell everything will be fine. This happened many times there, usually I exhausted by the time I got home, there were times I would walk around the block to use a different entrance.

Mind blown when you got to number one. The image of a puzzle piece fitting into a puzzle is exactly the image I received in a dream. I knew that I was the puzzle piece trying to fit into the puzzle. That was my goal. But I could also see that my piece came from another puzzle. It would require transformation on my part in order to make the fit. I wasn’t sure if I was being shown that I don’t belong and to avoid that puzzle, but this image makes me feel confident that I am exactly where I belong. ( which is another dream message I received) Thank you for the clarity.

(Subscribed) Thank You for expressing so succinctly the experiences, abilities, and emotions of empaths. You, (your video) have set free the many inhibitions that have been holding a large number of us back and in a state of confused limbo. The causes have been identified here and so too have the reasons. I sense a great weight being lifted from the many gifted ones, once they view your work. Empaths are often not appreciated in their close circle of family & friends. The concepts expressed here will allow a massive number of empaths to step away, without guilt from the harmful environmental interactions with those we love. And go on to create a better life for ourselves and those things we influence.

This is absolutely mine blowing to me. I've been told by a tarot reader before that I am an empath, and that comes from me being a Cancer. ♋. My gift is so strong I when I'm dreaming I have visions of the future. And sometimes the dream doesn't make sense, but instead I have to search for the root meaning and symbolism from the dream. When I am dreaming I go into a telepathic state and my body is literally paralyzed I am stuck in the dream so hard to the point I try to wake myself up but I cannot. It is really frighting at times when the dreams are practically nightmare's, but over the years I've learned to cope with the strong feelings as soon as I wake up from the dream. I feel like all my life I have been searching for my purpose, when I had it all along. I will be 26 this year, and would really like to use my gift to help people stop suffering from pain, sadness, anger, depression, etc. If anyone has any ideas as to how I can start up my own KZbin channel, or promote my gift somehow that would be wonderful. Love, Jill ❤️

I believe that, the mind is enthusiastically powerful. A hindrance of an emphatic mind, is being an able to communicate… The sympathies, the flow is difficult for a true empath to convey. I can pretend to speak for empathic mind. Their in ability to communicate at the rate of this influx of information. Is, disheartening. To an empath. They wish they could speak without words. That information just flows, like it does for them. No secret. No deceit. Just clairvoyance. Communication. Because they do not operate in deceitful behavior. They are easily manipulated. This is very harmful to their heart and soul. I believe, if more people operated as a neural network, rather than competition, the world would be a better place. So, in conclusion. They don’t suck. Their opposition does.
@HermeticallyHermeticThricGreat2 жыл бұрын
And you said you're not a empath?
@sarahyip28252 жыл бұрын
The inability to communicate vs the flow of insights is indeed most frustrating. Which also makes others assume that they can say and do without due consideration to who you really are! This totally demeans the genuine input and goodwill empaths put into relationships. Whose loss?
@amyb78232 жыл бұрын
I'm an empath and I do not have any communication struggles. I do well in that area actually. Empaths aren't automatically unable to communicate, IMO. Now, there may be times where they do feel those strong sensitivities and emotions but one must use discernment as to if and when it is appropriate to voice those type of feelings they are having. There may be a situation where it's not appropriate or the right moment to let the other person know your feelings. Empaths are still like any of human being in many ways. We still abide by society's social norms. We aren't absolute total weirdos lol. And everyone has the ability to be empathetic and unless you're a narcissist or have other disorder, you have ability to be empathetic and are empathetic in many ways. "Empaths" just experience emotions and empathy more strongly than others and more often than others.
@johndoeendoftheworldbookgu3480 Жыл бұрын
I'm going to assume that since they "process" communication, and perceive people somewhat differently than most, that it probably takes a lot of concentration and energy to express themselves. When they sacrifice these precious parts of themselves into an attempt to better someone else and it goes completely in one ear and out the other so many times that they realize it's not worth the energy most of the time. It's not so much a communication problem it's more of a comprehension problem, just an outside opinion. Interesting individuals to say the least.

Yeah, Oprah isnt an empath, imo... seems quite the narcissist, actually. Seems many actors in Hollyweird either are, or become, narcissists.... the rare narcs who have some kind of talent... like Bono.
@andrewsears16 Жыл бұрын
I disagree. Oprah would not have been so proficient and successful at harvesting the life force of those around her if she was not an empath. It is a logical fallacy for one to say that empathy only has positive applications. It can be as equally dangerous it's ability to have a great and good impact. A tool's work is decided by the hand that wields it.
@uncleclaw171 Жыл бұрын
@@andrewsears16 - funny you should lecture us about a logical fallacy, when you start off assuming (logical fallacy) Oprah is "harvesting life force" from people, without any proof or evidence. So everything after that is moot. However, seems someone made up a term called "Dark Empaths", but the description of behaviors is simply that of a narcissist who has learned "cognitive empathy", which means they can understand a person's situation or perspective, but can't sympathize with it - they can't process the emotional components. Instead they use this type of empathy (a learned skill, actually) for personal benefit or manipulation. So, basically a narc with some "cold reading" skills.

I remember I had the feeling of something happening to someone I know when I was on holiday as a pre-teen. I remember what I perceived as my own inner voice, saying "Something has happened to someone I know, of the same name", I cycled through all my friends there were at least 6 people I shared a name with between close street friends and classmates, I wasn't sure what had happened, it seemed serious enough to come to mind though. Turned out it was a cousin I sadly met only a few times, had the same name as me and was murdered that day, which also turned out to be my birthday, a very strange synchronicity that marked my first conscious empathic experience. This was pre-mainstream email use and mobile phone, plus we didn't find out until we got back a few days later.
