Recently moved to rural south Georgia from a large northern Georgia city. It is shocking how animals are treated in rural south Georgia. When I first moved in I was told you can do as you please on your property no one is going to say anything. Last week my Vet told me you live outside the city limits so there are no rules concerning what you do. A county covering 532 square miles and one animal control officer and one kill shelter. Disgusting!
