Thanks, it helps that I'm getting paid by the hour..🤣 In one of the future videos, I will tell the whole story but I have actually been talking to this customer for over 4 years about building him an engine, but everytime he thinks he has a good engine to work with I find out it's not good, that's why he has so many cylinders. It looks like none of the cylinders are actually any good, they each have their issues, more on that is coming soon. Thanks for watching and commenting 🐲

Thanks, but my customer wasn't too impressed when he saw how bad the engine was. He was told differently when he bought it. We'll have to see where we go from here. Thanks for watching 🐲

Thanks for watching 🐲 Will be more to come on this one. Once I final get the engine together he is supposed to bring the bike so I can install the engine and fire it up. Check back!

That push plate is barely thick enough. But if it gets the job done…. It’s probably got a huge wear step at the bottom. Those pistons are a mess. Just bore the cylinders or get liners fitted.

The customer made the pull years ago when he was working on a different engine, but it did work. I'm giving the customer some different options, I do have some other cylinders, but they aren't great either, so we'll see what he chooses. He's already had 2 other engines that ended up be no good, then he bought this one with the understanding that it was lightly stuck from sitting. When he dropped it off for me to check it out, he had no idea it would be this bad, this engine was supposed to just need a light topend rebuild.
