Gunnery Sergeant R. Lee Ermey is who your referring to. He was the guest speaker at one of our Marine Corps Bitrhday Balls and introduced himself the EXACT same way he did in Full Metal Jacket. We all lost it, lol. I was in the sword ceremony at that ball and our SSgt had a bottle of crown royal for each of our tables. That was a wild ass night 🤣

Exactly, I do the same, you can feel the xtra pump in the chest and tbh that's also the perfect form, arms and shoulders shouldn't be wide.
