Restoration on my vauxhall opel holden Astra Gsi z20let mk4 opc model has been lots of work but at the same time the end results have been amazing! Painting, sand/bead blasting and powder coating parts ect.. i think you will agree and i hope it inspires anyone else to get out there and do it themselves

Lovely to see that hard work pay off. I have a newer Astra, j sport tourer. I really didn't look after it for the first couple years so I'm working on getting her back to looking new. This is on another level.

I have an Opel Astra G hatchback and I have that place where I put gas cap all place is rusted... how I can get off all that rust? or it's safe to use chimic solutions ex : rust converter or rust killer, dinitrol! If you can help me with an advice. I care about this car because I have a big project but until I start my project I must to "fight" with some problems ex rust the most dangerous enemy! Thank you! Great work! Its nice to see how this cars can shine if you give them a little love!^^ So i give my Astra also some love from time to time.But its still a daily use car.The next "little love" for my car will be a LiteBlox battery for the next weight save. Maybe this could be also an option for your passenger battery^^

dont do a vid of building lines until you buy the right brake pipe flaring tool :) im pritty sure the moly slip after 6 months will go hard your better off with silicon grease the work looks good did my coupe a few years ago iv not finished even after 4years lol

Loving the series so far. I'm currently building a C20LET Caribic blue Corsa GSi. Got a long way to go yet, just had a lot of head work done while the shell is being restored. Always loved the Reg GSi's, don't see many about at all. :)

Ive always had a soft spot for the corsa gsi i tried finding a good red one but no luck. Your right ive never seen one while driving about

Yeah they're really hard to find now. Be lucky to get in one in any colour. A red one came up for sale on the Z20LET Lovers page on facebook a while back, not sure where it went though. I almost bought a GSi before I bought my Burg Corsa, but the ZLET scares me haha! Saying that I never had a single problem with my LEH in my Mk5!

Yeah i agree a lot were abused and not looked after. Shame they never produced a black corsa gsi in the uk. The zlet/leh is a very reliable engine when looked after and not pushed past its limits.

They did them in black in NI mate. Black & Frost Blue. There's a few over here but not many at all.
