Gen 1, 2, 4, and 6 all the gens a new eeveeloution got released. They probably did it this way due to it being a primarily eevee set.

1, 2, 4 and 6... I think I know why, Iono, Hop, Lillie and N are 5, 7, 8 and 9. The other half not used is going into Journey Together. Also Ross is right, Gen 5 is peak Pokemon, Black and White & Black2 and White2.

5 is confirmed to be in Journey Together. Because according to the reddit user, the guy pulled a new-looking Cinccino out of 151 booster pack (packaging error btw, it was coming from the Blooming Waters Promo Box) with JTG set abbreviation, alongisde Hop's Cramorant and Lillie's Pearl

I like Lugia ex, Pikachu ex, Snorlax ex, Blaziken ex, Tyranitar ex, Suicune, Roto-Stick, & Blackbelt's Training. Also, even if the new Pikachu ex damages itself with 30 their is one or a few Trainer/Supporter cards that can heal it. Lastly, I have not been lucky to pull any Ace Spec. cards at all & would like to at least get one that's useful.
