Eversince I came to know of Dr.Thiagarajan, I have been watching all his interviews, debates, lectures etc. which is simply a treat. Finally, TN is gifted to get a minister of his calibre. While I believe that he will deliver far superior results than his predecessors, my only wish is that he shouldn't become corrupt which is a trademark for all politicians.

With my experience as an ordinary resident of Madras now Chennai from 60s for 4 decades I have not seen one like him. Superb....Crisp and clear speach. Thanks to Dr. PTR Palanivel Thiyagarajan. His wish shows his concern for the development of our society. Best choice of our visionary honorable CM MK Stalin. As he has rightly pointed out a change of approach is essential for the Centre for a balanced development. Inverse approach is made in giving generously to big Corporates promoted by people like Ambani, Adhani etc. by way of tax exemption, interest waiver, NPA write offs etc.. running into over 20-30 lakh crores over the last ten years. On the other hand curtail subsidy to farmers on fertilizer, ration cuts etc. While the amount pumped out to big Corporates could easily fly out of the country draining the wealth of our nation...the amount given to the farmers and public will be within the country adding to revenue. A probe in this direction is need of the hour. Will Mr. Thiyagarajan ponder over this topic also please.

My Grandfather late Z.Samuel built Dr. Parker Vaughn’s house in Kodaikanal “Restabit” near Neutral Saddle or now Palani Pirivu in the 1920’s. (I was born at GK hospital.). He was the contractor for Dr.Ida’s bungalow “Hilltop” in Kodai. My family was connected with - were Tamil munshis and indebted to Christian missionaries.
