The voice-over scripting has an authenticity to it , heard in the accents of witnesses to their own personal experience beneath the matter-of-fact straightforward narration. I like how this film avoids editorializing , bringing just the right sound effects and descriptors to activate the audience imagination . If these are actors they did a fantastic job personalizing the story. ---Notice how the words shift to match the person profiles rotating a sampling of human features through black and white portraits . I wonder if this script was developed to complement the photo archive chosen for this project which came first.
