Sir what you say is correct on the face of it. But you have forgotten one fact. Whenever govt wants to take any action these courts interfere, saying that govt is curbing the freedom of speech. Shaheenbagh protest, farmers protest are glaring examples of such action. So may be govt is forcing the courts to issue orders and then act as per it's orders. What's your rea toon ?
