The Black Horse, me and my mates were regulars there when we were 16. I also remember the night of the knife fight in the Lamb by Hungarians who escaped from the Russian forces. We were regulars in the Rising Sun and often went in the Star.

Rumour has it the bikers wanted to burn down the Black Horse ( like a Viking Funeral ), but the Police got wind and put a stop to it, fantastic little boozer !
