Moved here about a year ago. I take the negatives I hear about it with a grain of salt. I grew up in a very poor part of California called the Central Valley. Trust me, I appreciate Pueblo! There is plenty here to do (and for cheap!) And similarly to where I grew up, if your looking for trouble, it's easy to fine. But if you are NOT looking for trouble, its fairly easy to avoid. Pueblo has its nice areas and not so nice areas. I live out on the Southside near City Park and it's VERY peaceful. Within a a year, I developed a very long list of things to do: dozen or more museums, Riverwalk, City Park/Zoo. Lake Pueblo State Park, Union Avenue District/Union Depot, some other absolutely gorgeous parks (my son actually visited and proposed to his fiancee on the bridge at Mineral Palace)......and I became addicted to fishing out here!

city with tons of history made by many waves of immigrant workers from all over the world, it has so much potential but Colorado has ignored it

yeah but it's on the front range and will probably grow once people stop flocking to colorado springs....the springs exploded because people were priced out of Denver, and i bet something similar will happen with pueblo..probably in at least a decade though
