I’ve made this and the flavor is great but my pork chop comes out tough and I cook it on low for almost an hr. Any advice to help make it tender?

You may need to cook it for a bit longer, friend! Sometimes I leave it cooking for almost 2 hours. I regret not mentioning that part.
