😍 Innovative Marine Nuvo Fusion 20 Review and Unboxing

This is the Unboxing and Review of the Innovative Marine Fusion 20 Nano aquarium. This is a great tank for an office coral reef aquarium as it is small, all-in-one, and has a very classy look. I prefer this the Nuvo 8 gallon aquarium because it has about enough water volume to be a little more stable. My 8 gallon Nuvo did great until the day I had a tank crash. The lagoon is to be an atoll with mangroves. Do you think marine tanks can be a work of art rather than a pile of rock with coral growing on it.

Art is what they should be. Post videos of it as you build it! My next tank just got in, and red sea reefer 650 peninsula. I'm going to take my time deciding how to aquascape it.

Great review, just got one myself. I may add for those out there looking; the back wall is actually glass with a plexiglass front. That is there is a piece of glass behind the black plexi that has the overflows cut into it. I imagine they did this because glass can't be cut with an overflow.

I have almost all of there Nuvo lines. What I think they are doing is smart business. Yes some of their pumps and cheap products that come in with the tank maybe bad but they know people like to upgrade certain parts. This helps keep the price of the tank lower. People my like their tanks but not their wave maker or pump.

Do you recommend this tank for freshwater? Is the glass tinted darker for reef, will it be just as clear as a freshwater planted tank? Thanks!

The glass is not tinted at all. It is actually really really clear. This would make a pretty awesome tank for a freshwater system. The mesh top might have gaps that are a little wider than some tiny freshwater fish so keep that in mind if you have any types that like to jump.

They have drop in filter socks for this tank, the media baskets are not great.

Yes, I replaced the baskets with the drop in filter socks. Much better but you have to buy a few so you don't have to wash them all the time. they clog rather quickly.

I was thinking you could rip off the socks and add an acrylic square with a circle cut out, then you can use whatever socks you want.
