Puffy Mattress Review | Watch Before Buying (UPDATED)

I have been sleeping on a puffy mattress for 4 years and to date I have had no complaints. I don't watch your video because I don't want to constantly hear other opinions. Plus leaving my decision to others. Every body is different. Puffy has a lot of good reviews on their website. And no, I don't advertise them. I only sleep on one, and I have never slept on such a good mattress before. Above all, I don't have any back pain. I never have problems with my back, but I do regular exercises to keep myself fit. Your video just came up and I thought I would write something about it. These endless videos and opinions have simply become too much. Guys, just order your mattress and see how you feel. You can always send them back. And as far as Puffy's customer service goes, I didn't have any problems with that either. I just ordered another pillow from them yesterday. Can't wait to sleep on it.

My husband & I HATE this mattress . We are going on 1 month of sleeping on this horrible mattress & we wake up with horrible pain & can’t sleep at night . I have terrible back & neck problems & my husband is a disabled vet . When I mentioned this mattress to my chiropractor, he said “puffy is THE WORST mattress out there for people with back problems”. We are switching to a different brand that is really firm. In the meantime , we still have to suffer until the new mattress arrives . Long term usage will probably cause you to have back problems.

Yes absolute horrible mattress. I took and hour nap today and just got it and my back has been aching all day

They do have a lot of complaints on the BBB site. I was going to order one until I read them. Some did not get their beds, others had problems contacting them, some with no money refunded. So still trying to make up my mind. Have you checked these reviews, not very good for the company.

They have hundreds if not thousands of bot accounts commenting fake positive reviews all over different social media platforms, as well as using con-like sales tactics which you even cover in this video. Honestly a scary business, avoid them.

One of the worst mattresses I've ever bought. Back aches every morning when I get up. Wouldn't waste my money if I could go back. Also they say the cover is waterproof, like he'll it is
