I think Pulcinella is heavily inspired by the godfather. He is trying to portrait himself as a family man willing to help Childes family out of trouble. In reality I think he made Tartaglias family in debt to him. It is clear that Childe wants to keep the Fatui away from Teucer and is relying on the traveller to help out with that.

The lore about Klees race was hidden behind the fish game in Mondstadt. Alice explains to Klee that her race was fighting the fish people. It just happens to be a fish race in Genshin called Vishaps.

So what is Alice then and what does that have to do with Pulcinella being a dragon? Also, vishap aren't people at all, they're proto elemental dragons. So for your theory to be correct, Alice would have to be speaking in fables to make the story more palatable for Klee, I am not opposed to this because there are times when I am just straight up thinking that Alice might be a celestial being related to the principles but even that, I am not too sure about.

Pointy ears really seems to be a dragon feature. Neuvillette has them too, Iansan also has them and Natlan is the nation of dragons so the Rooster being a dragon makes a lot of sense, no doubt about that. Now whether he's the cryo sovereign or another dragon, I don't know but sure the throne picture is pretty convincing ! That would also mean Alice and Klee are dragons btw which is pretty damn cool

There is a bit of a problem with a pointy ears of Neuvillette and other characters. Neuvillette's pointed ears are different than Klee's, Nahida's, Layla's or Pulchi's. Other characters' ears are typical anime elf ears and knowing that Nahida has the same ears as Klee, Layla and Rooster, I think their race may have connection to Irminsul. We will have to wait to Natlan to know more about it. The other thing that is different are the eyes. A lot of characters have different eyes and I mean the shape of the iris. I couldn't see a vishap-like vertical iris in Pulchi's eyes , similar to that of Neuvillette's. Klee and Nahida also do not have those (I know Nahida is a branch), the closest one is probably Layla, but hers are also different from vishaps' irises. What's more we know other dragon sovereign, Apep. It was not afraid in the slightest of Nahida even without it's authority and we saw what Nahida can do.

I mean being a big character in the archon quest just because he was shown in the trailer is a stretch, cause none of the characters shown in the trailer so far played such a big part in the archon quests, Diluc was just standing there when venti wanted to purify dvalin, we did all of it, Ninguangg just appeared towards the end and in a moment before that when we meet her, and in the scene were zhongli fakes his death and its bearly relevant to the story beyond being the one heading to battle against the adepti, ayaka, was way less present in the story than kokomi or sara, same for Cyno, he was way less present in the story than alhaitham for that matter, and his role in alhaitham’s plan was not all that big, and lastly while Lyney and lynette were very present throughout the whole archon quest, they really weren’t big characters, like their presence didnt make anything change in the story, they were just witness sort of speak, but if anything i guess these two are the only ones for which your statement has been valid out of all the characters in the trailer

Another thing to take note of is the use of the rooster for Pulcinella is very sus, especially since from a chinese perspective they are seen as auspicious symbols of divine power and luck and of higher universal order. It also reminds me of the chinese peng too which are highly spiritual in buddhism.

Well he does look like an elf race of some sort. We know for a fact elves in teyvat are very powerful and can be destructive in nature. Klee alone who is still a child is already strong , her mom alice was decribed by albedo as an omnipotent being, that being said if Pulcinella is an elf, theres a reason to be wary of this man

At this point, Jean, Ningguang, Kujou Sara and Alhaïtham are dragons sovereigns. For me, he is just like them, the "leader" of the region who has the same element as the archon. I see him more as a goblin/ogre that looks small but can become a giant rather than an elf people like Klee. (Oh and I still see the Tsaritsa being the cryo dragon and the cryo archon by some means)

Not saying you're wrong but care to try explaining how a dragon gets to retain their authority by Celestia and given the seat of archon, when both are established sworn enemies.. For this to be even remotely possible, someone in Celestia would have to be in cahoots with her.

Neuvillette is back in charge with his full authority and the Heavenly Principles didn't react, so they might be asleep like Nahida theorized. But to me it would make sense because she wants to rebel against Celestia, she might want to give back their authorities to her kind, she has the same hate towards Celestia as the actual dragons so it might come from memories from the original cryo sovereign, a pure ice gaze that can freeze you in place, the delusions that allow to use elemental power in stronger way than visions in exchange for life force (it would make sense for draconic powers to be a bit stronger than archon powers but also deadlier, and she needs a way to create them), her presence makes the temperature drop low, etc I'm waiting to see how this turns out, but I'll keep thinking that she is the cryo dragon that received, or stole, the gnosis from the cryo archon after the Heavenly Principles went dormant.

I think it's entirely possible! Since he still has part of his power locked away in the Cryo gnosis, him being ranked lower could still make sense. Plus, he may be old and injured from the war with the Primordial One, if he's the original Cryo sovereign.

Well, Lyney also featured in Fontaine part of Teyvat trailer and he's not that integral to the Fontaine AQ. Yes, he have major part in it, but my problem with Lyney is most of his story is him just doing what Arlecchino demands him to do. The only initiative he does is during the prison arc which he has to improvise to save his siblings, and he's outplayed by Wrio and Sigewine. He's basically filling Kokomi's role in Fontaine.

Capitano literally has a dragon face mask. He is for sure the oyro sovereign. So I doubt if they make the same gimmick again region after region. The fatui have representatives of every race in teyvat so he is an "elf". We know that every character with elf ears gas a connection to Irminsul (Nahida, Alice [asuming, since klee has them], layla [star divination and irminsul/stars connected to fate etc.). So I don't think he is a dragon sovereign.

Isn't he obviously an Elf? If Alice was in the Fatui she'd be easily at least rank 5. Rank 5 seems a little weak for a dragon sovereign. Also dragons, in as much as we have their personality examples, don't like humans. Even Neuvillette. I think Neuvillette is a poor character because they made him a judge which is a silly job for a dragon. But that's at least attempted to be explained at length with the story about Focalors trying to recruit him deliberately as part of her plan. Why on earth would a dragon take up the job of politician? That's almost the worst job for a dragon surely? Are dragons manipulative and subtle? No, they're the opposite. You might as well try to make Columbina a mayor. She's not going to do that job. Also by the time we meet him the Rooster will be unimportant. We'll have fought rank 1 Harbinger in Natlan so we won't care about some pathetic rank 5 guy. I guess they have to feature him because of the Travail teaser, but maybe not much. After Capitano the only people in that organization worth worrying about are Pierro, the Tsaritsa and Columbina. There don't need to be any harbinger secrets after that so maybe Pulcinella just does a data dump.
