Pull down and surplus powder for handloads

I loaded up some handloads with pull-down powder I purchased from "Combat Disabled Veterans Surplus".
You may not be aware of quality surplus and pull-down powders available at reduced cost.
I did not chronograph these loads, but none of them showed signs of excessive pressure , and they did print on target comparable to full velocity loads.
