Thanks! Good point. Next time I will use wood chunks, there was not enough smoke flavor with just this type of charcoal (Marabu) according to my taste preferences.

Honestly so many videos where you "fabricate" things to work on grill. Unfortunately the video doesn't help the average person that simply wants to use the product as it was shipped.

@@zion5637 True. But I do these videos because I like to be creative by and with the grill and share it, not to produce plain vanilla “how to cook cut X”, there’s a ton of those already.
