Yup! Great job! The snake is and by far my favorite way to smoke on my kettle 2x1 or 2x2 depending on target temps needs just light her up and let her roll and do its thing ! It just works great !

Great video sir, My issue that I have is how do you warm it up when serving....I never get the timing right to where I can serve BBQ after cooking..

Thanks! I usually leave it on the foil pan amd cover with foil. If you have to take it somewhere, just put it in the oven on 325 covered and check it every 10 minutes or so. If you're eating at home just leave it in the pan covered in the oven or in a cooler. Anything that'll hold heat in. Hope that helps!

The snake method is way to smoke any kind of meat in my opinion, I just made a pork butt July 1. I use chunk's of wood it's always a hit.
