Aw, man, now that's some good lookin pork. I also love wrapping in foil after you get that nice bark because you retain the moisture. Definitely the best of both worlds. Great video and great explanation of what was going on during the cook.

William Lohnes I filled the bottom and only burned a quarter of what I pulled in but honestly I've done that with kings ford professional also. My summit can hold heat well alos

Actually yes I do especially if I want higher heat and a cleaner burn

Ma Ab I did not have to add anymore fuel . I used about 2.5 chimneys full of charcoal

Nice cook. I love pulled pork. I really hit a killer recipe the other day. Try some Sriracha. It's not spicy after a 10 hour cook

Nice cook. Do you add bbq sauce at any point, or just add some to it for sandwiches? The Summit is nice. I agree, a little overpriced but very nice. Didn't you have an offset?

At what point do you move your bottom vent on the Summit to 'smoke' from wide open? Or do you just always have it in the 'smoke' setting?

If you don't use hot sauce are you still real? Hot sauce is full of flavor. I prefer a vinegar based sauce. I see you know what you're doing. Texas BBQ. 806 in the mix. Where did you get the gloves at?
