That actually was a hook off from a portable fire pit for the top screen to come off.

@@jurassicporkbbq what was the total cook time from start to finish and how long did you let it rest before you pulled it?

I’m trying to remember but I think that one was around 7 hours. I will have to start including that in my videos. Resting time wasn’t long at all, I had family coming over soon for dinner and needed to shred it right away.
