Just bought an air fryer/pressure cooker combo by Michelangelo (similar to the Lasgasse)...looking forward to trying this. My regular smoker would take me a minimum of 3-4 hours with constant temperature monitoring. You could put it onto a BBQ grill, but the coals would take 30-40 minutes to reach the temperature I want.

Pork butt: I don't like barbeque sauce. So do I still use the apple cider vinegar even if I don't put in the barbeque sauce?
