Pulled Turkey Thigh - Meater

I love a bit of pulled turkey thigh in a sandwich, with hot sauce on, it's one of my favourite festive treats, but it doesn't only have to be enjoyed at this time of year.
Here I smoke up a turkey thigh and slap it in a brioche bun with plenty of hot sauce.
Smoked turkey is truly delicious, I made sure the temperature was nailed with the Meater thermometer.

Nice one Marcus, I've never noticed Turkey thighs in the supermarket before, so I looked out for them last time I went.. what a bargain ! I've got one smoking now on the old Brinkmann Dual Zone, cheers for the ideas bud.
