The track that the small locomotive passed was a temporary track, that's the condition, it's been explained in the video (subtitles available), please activate the text feature to display it. Temporary track that functions to connect the main line to the sugarcane field that is being harvested. The main line will not be able to enter the field which is definitely unstable soil, so this temporary track is installed.
