I don’t understand how these cards are anything. Love comics, art and baseball cards, this never made any sense. Great art, so tiny…unimpressive format for art.

I don't understand the idea that these cards are too tiny for art. They are no smaller than the average panel in a comic book. Plus, comic art tends to be kind of cartoonish and minimalistic, which means that it works better in a smaller format than a more detailed art style (such as that which is often seen on Magic: The Gathering cards, for example.)

@@clintonsmith5163 it’s the same idea as having a record album cover vs a cassette tape. I’d much rather look at the detail of a larger piece. The scale is just too small to see the small/subtle details of the art. There’s a reason that people encapsulate and display comic book covers and don’t bother with the tiny panel art in the interior of the book. They actually seal it away so they can’t even enjoy it or look at it. 😂

@@Max-million I don't seal up my comics and many other people do not seal up their books. It's a tiny minority of comic book collectors that do that. I suspect that that tiny minority are not even that big of comic book fans to start with. I consider them to be fans of plastic more than anything else. I guess they watched "The Graduate" too many times and it left a big impression on them.
