It’s really all about how you spend your money most people blow their money on things they don’t really need and eating out that’s why majority of the people around us are poor and living paycheck to paycheck not because they don’t make enough but they don’t know how to control their spending habits. I’m 23 have a 2020 Silverado 3500 dually a newer house with 5 acres of land my wife attends A&M college and works part time and drives a 2020 Honda Accord 2.0T touring we don’t eat out much which helps us with other bills and we don’t have ridiculous spending habits so we can pay our expensive bills and still be able to save a little every month. It’s a good lesson to learn early and remember WORK FOR IT 💪💪

My wife and I have been working outside together these past weeks. So far we built a wide 150 foot paver walkway to our front door and another walkway off our side porch. Now we are working on setting up retaining walls around our front porch for garden beds. You will have your own creativity when it comes to owning your house, the possibilities are endless. You’ll keep seeing that bird. (They won’t attack you) I have 3 that constantly roam the area and back yard. Started with the 2 and they had a baby and have been coming back for years. Neighbors have a bird feeder that they come and eat out of. Congrats on the house though!
