Looks incredible Professor! Did you measure the thickness of the paper when you were done? Bonus feature that you don't need to roll it, just dry and press.

Hi Dr Paul, this was uploaded before I got the Caliper. I had ca based on quick math that the thickness of the wrap was 0.12 mm. It turned out to be slightly less (0.1 mm). But the fills were at 0.12 mm, as predicted by the math model, which was a surprise. So the math definitely works. There’s then the personal preference when you fill these in. Is there a need for an extra amount here or there? It is up to the pulp used in the recipe and how homogeneous it looks. Sometimes, the pulp doesn’t get distributed evenly with these high-end fibers and you will need to spend a good amount of time getting them distributed right. Luckily you have the time to do it because of the formation aid slows down the drainage.

Another fun and entertaining upload Peter. Suggestion for next time, you should focus out a little more so we can see more of the perimeter of the book when you are working on it. Look forward to the next upload.

Thank you, Jerry. Admittedly, I'm terrible taking videos. I use a 35 pound Dumbbell and a ruler with another weight to support my setup. And still not good. I set the focus to 0.5 X to see the whole wrap but I agree, I need a better setup LOL
