Dude, PLEASE try the new Puma Future 7 Match. I have VERY WIDE feet and no boot for Adidas or Nike was fitting me properly (I am from India and New Balance is not an option thag is available here) and these fit me like a DREAM ! The lockdown was also awesome, upper was good and it has a lot of texturing. Feels good.

I've tried this shoes and it's great for controling and shooting. But as you said, for the comfortable the outsole feels little hard for my feet.

the pwrtape isnt meant for grip , its to help with lockdown with the laces

Hey I have the puma future match I have in the enrgy pack doesn't have pwrtape but it has the tape with grip so maybe it depends on models as well

I found them to be a bit too narrow in the toe box. The pro version is better for those with wide feet.
