Good day I'm from Kit-Waterloo, Wellesley township The neighbor said back in1988 130 wells went dry. Does this mean our water tablet is going down. They drilled 180ft? Where does water come from Up here they are tilling every 15 apart. Will this affect our water eventually Thanks

In some areas tiles do affect wells mostly shallow ones. I have heard up your way water can be tough in spots and quality is an issue. We can drill right on Lake Ontario and get nothing but we hit limestone at 10-20 ft. Move north a mile and no problem no limestone shallow. I think water can be in huge basins and they say it comes from ice melt way north. I drill mostly in Northumberland County and it's been good. Not much water in the rock here we get it in gravel or sand, Thanks
