Pumpkin Cheese Roll｜Apron
Lukewarm milk 80ml+-
Sugar 30g｜4Tbsp
Instant yeast 4g｜1+1/3tsp
Bread flour 350g｜2+1/2cup
Powdered milk 30g｜1/4cup
Salt 5g｜1tsp
Pumpkin puree 110g｜1/2cup
Whole egg 1 (55g+- an egg)
Cream cheese 50g｜1/4cup
Ground parmesan cheese as needed
Pan size 24x5cm
Bake at 180°C｜350°F for 20-25 minutes

Пармезан на вкус островатый такой, со своим ароматом и твердый. Он даже не расплавился..
