Oh wow! I made these and subbed arrowroot for tapioca flour since I didn't have arrowroot and they turned out sooo delicious! My first batch of 12 were gone as soon as they had time to cool. I am now going to have to make three more batches to freeze to keep up with the kids. Thank you for sharing!
