OMG Marcy, I just made this and it was DELICIOUS!!! I've always been afraid to try making flan. I thought it was something difficult to do. This recipe is fairly easy and I strongly recommend it to those who are looking for something different to make/take for the holidays. Oh wow! I'm surprised anyone noticed my little felt mice. I have always loved mice. (fake, not real ones, like you!) I'll have to show them up close in a future video because I call the female one "mousey inspired." She's currently making tortillas on a wood burning stove. I change out what she's cooking depending on the season.
