I can't wait to try these! I made you waffles (with slight changes) an maple cream syrup. Oh my! I have finally begun to get the hang of the process by watching you an a few others. Make cibatta please! Other breads: country, rosemary cheese, cinnamon raisin. It is hard to find well dressed women in cooking demos considering camera angles, appreciate your modest attire Thank you.

I see you have these in the discard list. I meant a list of discard only...no need to wait over night recipes. like crepes that you mix an prepare the same day. No flour added so no overnight rest.

@@dailysourdough Since I am new to sourdough perhaps I am don't understand.. Too me when it says sourdough discard it is only the discard which has been fermented, an you don't want to throw it away.
