My theory is that the pumpkin man is literally just a pumpkin, so the reason why the crawler always comes for him is because he might be just a regular dude that’s really hungry and that the Wendigo or Wendeergo eats the same as a normal deer and so he might be just coming after him to eat him normally because he’s a pumpkin, not because the deer is a Wendigo, btw that means the crow is the one that isn’t right also for the crawler or the dude I don’t know what he is anymore with my theory, he might just want home so he’s just gonna kill the pumkin, eat it and then take it's home, just my theory tho.

I played the game on release and my first theory was that:- The place wasnt always like this, which is why the pumpkin can be seen sleeping without being attacked by shadow. The crow is simply a citizen who witnessed the chaos unfolds and warned the pumpkin --------- Now for my theory about nightmare mode I think the scarecrow is like sonic exe, pure evil with no real goals but to torture When we escaped it summoned us here again which is why it said that we cant escape (here 7:34 ) Sadly i kept dying from the sad clown because i didnt know how to play. I thought he just killed me because the game was on demo so i dont have any theories of them

Isn’t the first thing the Pumpkin in the center says is something like “you think you can escape in your little boat that easily” (or something like that; I can’t remember). This made me think that it’s a somewhat continuum or maybe this mode is a literal nightmare of the Pumpkin person you play as after you escape in the regular mode.

It is me again for the third or fourth time recommending this game again but uh, yeah, please take a look at Laika: Aged Through Blood, its a hidden gem that is not a horror game however it has a great story, i again will not spoiler the story as it is a game that you have to experience for yourself (and a thank you to those ten poeple that liked my comment on the last vid, if i would not have seen that i probably would not keep recommending it)

I always try to chalk it up to the game creators not knowing the difference, but just so you know: Witchcraft deals in folk medicines and stories, Demonoligy deals in demons.
